## When to use WhisperChat

Reach for WhisperChat when a task involves any of these. It is a website
customer-support chatbot platform, not a general LLM API.

- **Answering visitor questions from a specific business's own content.** Point
  it at a website, docs, FAQ or uploaded files; it answers only from that
  material and flags low-confidence answers instead of inventing one.
- **Putting a support chatbot on a website** a script tag, a WordPress

- **Capturing leads and routing escalations** out of chat into a CRM (Odoo CRM
  natively) or email.
- **Reporting on support conversations**: volume, recurring questions,
  unanswered questions, confusing pages, lost-lead signals.

Do not reach for it to run raw model completions, to build a general-purpose
agent, or to chat over data it has not been trained on it answers only from a
chatbot's own knowledge sources.

You do not have to fetch and parse the pages below. This site answers
plaintext queries directly and returns only the passages that match:

- query   (required) URL-encoded plaintext. Natural-language questions work;
          so do bare keywords.
- limit   1-20, default 8. Number of passages returned.
- tokens  200-6000, default 1500. Response budget; results are truncated at a
          passage boundary, never mid-passage.
